Terms and Conditions

Please note that I am trading under Business Improvement Limited, a registered company in England and Wales number: 11379132.

Once you’ve outlined what work you need*, the time and costs will be considered and you’ll receive a no-obligation proposal, which will detail the work involved. When we have agreed on the price, I will ask you to sign a set of terms and conditions, as well as email me that you agree to the brief* and a deadline** for the work to be completed.

Brand new clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit, work will commence once this is paid. Final payment terms will be 30 days from the date on your invoice, which will include VAT. If you do not pay, you will receive a reminder via email. Continued failure to pay will be pursued via a small claims court.


The brief will outline the objectives desired by you, as my client, and what you wish to achieve, as well as the work required. It is vital that the brief is clear, so that we avoid misunderstanding and that my work meets your expectations. If you’re not sure how to create a brief, I can provide you with a template to capture the relevant information, and we can discuss via email, Skype, the telephone or face-to-face.


I will always strive to meet your deadline; however this is reliant on you providing any relevant information, images, and other content to me in good time. Deadlines may need to be moved if there are delays from your side.


All copy and marketing content copyright will pass to you upon my receiving full payment of the invoice.
